We engineered a seamless mobile ecosystem for the hospitality sector, focusing on enhancing guest experience and operational efficiency. The project involved developing native-quality apps for both Android and iOS using a unified codebase for performance consistency. Key features include a digital concierge for 24/7 guest requests, real-time push notifications for staff task management, and an integrated QR-based ordering system for in-room dining. The application is powered by Nxtgner's autoscaling cloud backend, ensuring zero latency during peak check-in hours. This project demonstrates our ability to deliver complex mobile software that bridges the gap between customer service and technical automation.
